Your questions, answered.
Web design FAQ: cost, timing, how we work and what happens after launch. Can't find yours? Ask us.
Cost & timing
Every project is different, so we price each one after we understand it. Tell us about your project. If we're a good fit, we'll set up a quick call, then send your proposal with your plan and price in writing.
Most sites take about 3 to 7 weeks. The timing depends on how quickly feedback and approvals come back, and how much of your text, photos and documents are ready when we start.
Plans are priced by your site and what it needs, so we'll recommend one once we've seen it. Website maintenance
We'll ask what the feature is for. If it helps the goals we agreed on, we'll add it. If not, we'll suggest saving it for a second round after launch, with its own proposal, so your site still launches on time and on budget.
Working with us
Both. Anthony and Linh, the founders, take your site from the first idea through design, build and launch, and you work with them the whole way. Your ideas don't get lost passing from a consultant to a designer to a developer.
Yes. You review your designed pages first, and building only starts once you've approved them. Our process
Two rounds of revisions on the design, all before anything is built. Our process
Not all of it. Ready content keeps the timeline short, and for anything missing we can create images, graphics and even your logo.
Yes. We match your layout, fonts and colors, and work out what a static file can't show, like how the menu opens on a phone and what happens after a form is sent. Web development
How we build
We plan your website like marketers, not just designers. Before we design anything, we work out what you need to say, who you're saying it to and what you want them to do next. Then every page, headline and button is placed to move visitors toward that step. The result looks premium, loads fast, can be found on Google and in AI answers, and turns visitors into calls, leads and sales. We run a small business too, so we know what a website has to do.
Most of our custom websites are built on WordPress with Beaver Builder, so you own your site and can edit your own text and photos. Some projects are better as a lean, hand-coded HTML site, and we'll tell you which fits yours. Either way, the design comes first: you see it and approve it before we build.
Because it keeps you in charge. WordPress is open source and runs a large share of the web, so you own your site and can host it wherever you like. With Beaver Builder on top, you can edit your own pages without code.
No one can promise what an AI assistant will say. What we can do is build your site so search engines and AI assistants can read it and understand it: a clear page for each thing you offer, direct answers to the questions your buyers ask, structured data that says who you are and what you do, and pages that load fast.
Three names for being found. SEO gets your pages ranked on Google. AEO makes a page the answer Google shows at the top. GEO gets ChatGPT, Perplexity and other assistants to name you. One well-built site covers all three. AI search optimization
No one can promise a date, not even Google. It depends on the phrases people search and how many other sites compete for them. Every site we build starts with what Google reads: a clear title and description on each page, a sitemap and fast pages.
Your content
Yes. We create the visuals your site needs: custom images, graphics, icons, infographics, animations and logos, all made to match your brand, so you don't have to rely on generic stock photos. We make many of them with today's AI design tools, which lets us create exactly what each page needs. If you have your own photos, like professional headshots, or a logo you already love, send them over and we'll build them into the design.
Yes. On WordPress with Beaver Builder you change your own text and photos, and video tutorials after launch show you how.
Yes. Tell us which plugins and tools you use when you send your project details, from your CRM to your online store or podcast player, and we'll install and set them up. If a plugin is paid, you buy the license in your name and we handle the install.
We build your sign-up forms right into your pages with Beaver Builder, styled to match your site, so you don't need a separate opt-in plugin. Each form sends new subscribers straight to your email or CRM tool, like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign or HubSpot.
Yes. We connect a booking tool, so people choose a time on the page instead of calling or emailing to find one.
Other services
Usually a redesign. What already works carries over, and we change what holds the site back. Website redesign
Yes. Done right, the move keeps your Google rankings: each old address is pointed to its new page, and your current site stays up until the new one is ready. WordPress migration
Yes, in WordPress or Shopify. We set up payments, shipping and taxes with you and place a test order before launch, then you manage products and prices yourself. E-commerce website design
Yes. We design and build sites under your agency's brand, with no credit to us unless you want it. White label web design
Our plans cover the sites we design and build ourselves. If someone else built your WordPress site, AccessWP, our sister company, can look after it. Website maintenance
Yes, at no cost. You get a recorded video of us going through your site: the first few seconds a visitor sees, the phone version, and the path to calling you or filling in a form. Free website audit
After launch
You get 30 days of support after launch, so any bugs are fixed and you're comfortable using your new site. After that, a maintenance plan keeps it looked after: software updates, regular backups and security checks. Ask us and we'll walk you through the plans.
Hosting is included in our maintenance plans. If you'd rather host it yourself, we'll move the site to the host you choose once it's finished. We recommend WP Engine, and we're happy to talk through the options with you.
On a maintenance plan, you come to us first. We figure out whether it's a hosting problem or a site problem and get it sorted. Video tutorials after launch cover the everyday edits.
Google Analytics goes in at launch, and we show you where to see visitors, page views and time on site. Maintenance plans add a fuller review of how the site is doing, with suggestions.
Have a bigger project in mind?
Tell us about it. If we're a good fit, we'll set up a call, then send your proposal.
