About the Client

Makisha Boothe is the Founder and Head Business Coach of Sistahbiz Global Network, a business accelerator for Black women entrepreneurs with over a decade of experience in strategic planning, leadership development, and training facilitation. She helps Black women solopreneurs and microbusinesses build scalable, sellable businesses by coaching them on revenue strategies, branding, systems, and human capital, while also designing programs and workshops that empower and connect Black women business owners.

Marketing Access Pass had successfully launched her previous site with a vibrant, engaging website back in 2019 that perfectly captured the energy of her growing community. However, as her business evolved and matured, her brand identity needed to shift alongside it. With an increasing focus on her high-value membership platform and exclusive coaching programs.

Makisha recognized that her original design, while effective for community building, no longer reflected the professional credibility and premium positioning her evolved offerings demanded. She needed a redesigned digital presence that would communicate expertise and exclusivity while still maintaining the authentic connection her community valued, allowing her to seamlessly showcase both her accessible workshops and her more intensive, results-driven coaching programs to attract serious entrepreneurs ready to invest in their growth.

The Challenges

The original 2019 design, while vibrant and community-focused, no longer reflected the client's evolved business positioning as a large-scale membership program with elite coaches and comprehensive business growth hub. The "fun" aesthetic conflicted with the professional credibility needed to attract serious entrepreneurs and justify premium positioning for exclusive coaching programs and membership access.
With multiple offerings ranging from accessible workshops to high-ticket membership and coaching programs, the website lacked clear differentiation between entry-level and premium services, making it difficult for visitors to understand the full scope of opportunities available to them.
The client's growing emphasis on her membership platform and exclusive coaching programs wasn't prominently featured or effectively showcased, causing potential high-value clients to miss these key revenue drivers during their first visit.
Without a professional, polished presentation of the coaching programs and membership benefits, visitors were less likely to perceive the value proposition or take action on premium offerings.

We redesigned the website with a more sophisticated, professional aesthetic that elevates the brand from a single coach's offering to a trusted, results-proven organization. The refined visual identity now commands the premium positioning her services deserve while positioning the client and her network as a credible, established force in Black women entrepreneurship.
We restructured the website's information architecture to clearly distinguish between her accessible community programs, workshops, and events alongside her high-value membership platform and exclusive coaching offerings, allowing visitors to self-select their entry point.
We created custom graphics and visual elements that spotlight her membership platform and app, positioning these premium offerings as central to the user experience with strategic placement and compelling visual storytelling.
We implemented strategic design elements and custom graphics specifically tailored to draw attention to her premium programs and membership app, removing visual friction and guiding serious entrepreneurs toward these key offerings.
