Referred to us by a family member, Rafael's objectives were clear and concise. He wanted to build his email subscriber list to nurture community, create an easy-to-navigate resource for his clients to access between sessions, and establish a beautiful and professional online presence that would resonate with his brand of healing and guidance.

The Challenges

Establishing a digital presence from zero required us to define and build Rafael’s online identity entirely from scratch. With no existing website, content, or analytics to inform our strategy, we had to create a foundational plan that would resonate with his ideal client.
The client came to us without defined color palette, or typography, granting us to creative freedom to develop our own complete brand guide.
The website’s architecture had to serve two distinct audiences with different needs: prospective clients seeking help and existing clients looking for resources. The challenge was to create intuitive user journeys for both without cluttering the experience.
Translating the abstract feelings of calm, safety, and professionalism central to Rafael’s practice into a tangible digital design was a critical creative hurdle. The user experience had to feel like a welcoming, safe space from the very first click.

Our Solutions

We initiated the project with in-depth discovery sessions to deeply understand Rafael’s practice and vision. This collaborative process allowed us to translate his established, real-world reputation into an authentic and compelling digital identity.
We designed a professional logo and selected a calming color palette and clean typography that reflect the serene, trustworthy nature of his counseling practice.
We built a beautiful, easy-to-navigate blog to serve as his primary resource hub. By using an intuitive content management system (CMS) and providing direct training, we empowered Rafael to manage and grow his own content library effortlessly.
We focused on a minimalist aesthetic. The strategic use of the calm color palette, clean fonts, and professional imagery created a serene online environment that builds trust and allows Rafael's message to shine.
